1. Payment and Prices

1.1 you can pay by one of the following methods:

credit card details by e-mail or phone

cheque in £ sterling payable to Heaven’s Ocean

1.2 The price of paintings does not include framing.

1.3 The prices of all items include delivery within the UK usually by first class post or parcel post (standard service) though other carriers may be used where appropriate. Expedited delivery costs and delivery costs overseas will be charged in addition to the quoted prices.

1.4 Purchasers are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes required.

1.5 Title to the goods remains with Heaven’s Ocean until the goods are paid for in full.

2. Dispatch

Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received and cleared. We will inform you by e-mail of the despatch and expected delivery day.

3. Money Back Guarantee

3.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the receipt provided that you contact us by e-mail within seven days of it’s arrival and advise us of its return route.

3.2 All work must be returned in the original packing and undamaged to Heaven’s Ocean, Barabhaig, Cruard, Isle Ornsay, Isle of Skye IV43 8QT and must be returned within 10 days of arrival with you.

3.3 Providing these conditions are fulfilled we will arrange for a full refund either to your credit card or by cheque. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for the return of the goods to us.

4. Artist’s Rights

The purchase of a painting, driftwood piece or card does not imply that the owner can use an image of the purchased item for commercial purposes. Should you wish to do so please contact us with your request.
